These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "you") and SnapSuite ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of LeadScore AI ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We will deliver a fully integrated AI/LLM solution tailored to your business within the agreed setup timeframe.
We will provide dedicated support, including weekly strategy calls during the active engagement period.
You will have full visibility into our process via the LeadScore AI Tool, allowing you real-time monitoring and feedback.
You agree to provide timely access to necessary business data, CRM platforms, and other relevant systems.
You commit to actively participating in scheduled training sessions, strategy calls, and providing prompt feedback via the LeadScore AI Tool.
You agree to collaborate closely with us to swiftly implement required adjustments for optimal results.
Both parties agree to adhere strictly to confidentiality and maintain industry-standard data security measures. Client data, including CRM and lead information, will be securely handled according to applicable laws and regulations.
Weekly calls will review performance, address feedback, and adjust strategies.
We will continuously monitor the AI system and promptly address technical issues. Additional support beyond agreed levels will incur additional charges.
The active engagement period lasts 6 months after setup, renewable upon mutual agreement.
Either party may terminate early by providing a 30-day written notice. Fees for work performed until termination date are payable.
Our liability to you shall not exceed fees paid to us during the previous 6 months. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
Any disputes will first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will become effective upon posting or notifying you.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the jurisdiction where SnapSuite is headquartered, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
